3. Zero Tolerance Enforcement

newsClicker reserves the right to remove content, suspend access, restrict features, or permanently terminate accounts at any time, with or without notice, for any actual, suspected, or alleged violation of these Terms or for any activity we consider harmful to the platform.

4. User Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any content, headlines, descriptions, links, submissions, comments, media, votes, reactions, embeds, or other material you submit, post, distribute, or make available through newsClicker.

5. License to Use Content

By submitting or posting content through newsClicker, you grant newsClicker a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and otherwise use that content as necessary to operate, promote, and improve the platform.

8. Embeds, Widgets, and Third-Party Usage

newsClicker may provide widgets, embeds, scripts, feeds, APIs, or other tools for use on third-party websites or platforms. We do not control third-party implementations and are not responsible for misuse, modification, or unauthorized deployment by others.

9. Abuse and Manipulation

You may not:

• Artificially inflate clicks, impressions, engagement, rankings, or traffic
• Use bots, scripts, click farms, deceptive redirects, or automated abuse
• Attempt to exploit, probe, interfere with, or reverse engineer the platform
• Bypass security features, restrictions, rate limits, or access controls
